Expo 2015 is the World's Fair Italy hosts in 2015, an international showcase lasting for six months during which countries show the best of their technologies within an exhibition site of 1.1 million square meters.
The Italian Pavilion at Expo 2015 is the exhibition area arranged and set up by Italy to provide Italian Regions and Autonomous Provinces a space to promote their territorial excellence.
Extra awarded the call to entirely manage the contents, from scheduling to post-production and from delivery to monitoring to be broadcast on more than 100 devices sited throughout Expo Milano 2015 exhibition area.
Thanks to the long experience in video production and even to Magnifica Italia audiovisual heritage, Extra also supplies the creation and development of videos, to be broadcast within the exposition site, which represent and enhance regions and autonomous provinces identities.
The team Extra set up for Expo Milano 2015 daily managed every content broadcast on 18 e-walls and 94 totems sited within the exhibition site by using the integrated XuniPlay platform by Fabbrica Digitale for the Digital Engagement and AppSpace Platform by Cisco for the Digital Signage, monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of the devices.
Over 20 million visitors to Expo 2015 Milan were able to admire the beauty and the excellence of Italian Regions and Autonomous Provinces in more than 100 videos entirely produced by Extra.
